“After I looked things over, I stood up and said to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people. ‘Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord who is great and awesome, and FIGHT for your families, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes.’” Nehemiah 4:14
Fight Club is for men who are passionate about pursuing Jesus and passionate about finding real freedom, experiencing victory, and becoming fully alive in Christ. As a nation of men, we have become weak. We struggle to spend time with God. We struggle to find time to lead our families. We struggle with changing the world. We have settled into an existence that God never intended for us when He created us as men.
Fight Club will challenge the manhood in you to change the direction or your life. It’s a 10-week survival group that concentrates on building disciplines in the Spiritual, Emotional, Physical and Relational areas of your life. Each week you are given assignments to complete in each of these areas. You are given 3 strikes for the 10-week group. Any assignment undone during a week is a strike. The goal is to make it through the 10 week experience without striking out. Are you ready to fight?
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17
Ironmen are on a quest to find God’s definition of a true man. We believe that this is neither macho nor effeminate, but a balance of strength and sensitivity as shown to us in God’s Word. We want to be the best dads, husbands, fathers, sons, brothers, uncles, bosses, workers, and friends that we can be! We study and share ways to improve our relationships with Christ and others. Ironmen groups include dinner, activities, teaching, and discussion.
