WHAT ARE YOUR WEEKEND SERVICES LIKE?
Each weekend at Deep Creek Community Church you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music and a practical, relevant message. You’ll also find a printed outline for notes that will help you make the most of each week’s teaching. Children are well-cared for in loving, DC3 Kidz classrooms.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I VISIT FOR THE FIRST TIME?
If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for awhile—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you. When you arrive in our parking lot you’ll see some friendly people in red shirts waving to you. You’ll also see a sign that says “First time guests please turn on your flashers”. This is so we can help identify you and help answer any questions you may have. They’ll give you a VIP packet which will simply give you more information about DC3 and an opportunity for you to tell us about you via our connection card! We can’t wait to meet you!
WHAT DO I WEAR TO ATTEND YOUR SERVICES?
You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business attire at our weekend services. Come in what is comfortable for you, because DC3 is not about what you look like or what you wear.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We’re located just across from Charlotte High School, at 1500 Cooper St. Punta Gorda, FL 33950. We also have a new campus in North Port that is now open! Check here for service times.
DO YOU HAVE A MIDWEEK SERVICE?
We do not have a midweek service, but on Wednesday we offer life groups for the entire family, from elementary to youth to adults. For more information about life groups, click here.
WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN?
Here at DC3, your children are a top priority. Our classrooms are clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children’s ministry called DC3Kidz. Click here for more information!
HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?
There are many ways to get involved! You can begin by attending our Connection 101 class. In this, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith. We also encourage you to get involved in a Life Group. Click here for more information about Connection Classes!
WHAT ARE LIFE GROUPS?
Small groups, or Life Groups, are an important part of Deep Creek Community Church; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you’ve experienced our small groups. Groups allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will spur your relationship with God. As DC3 grows, groups allow us to “stay small” and connected. Groups are available for all ages and interests—there’s bound to be one that’s just right for you. Click here to learn more about why we’re big on small groups, or find a group to visit.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED IN A LIFE GROUP?
One of the easiest things to do at DC3 is to participate in a Life group. Groups meet throughout Charlotte County and provide a place for Bible study, fellowship, and support. Wherever you live, there’s a Life Group near you. Click here for more information!
