DC3 Circles

Circles are a place to find authentic relationships with other like-minded people.  We were created for relationships with others.  We need people in our lives that will pray for us, encourage us, push us and support us when we need it most.

Deep relationships with others are not formed in rows on Sunday mornings, they are formed in Circles.  A Circle can be a discipleship group, a fitness group or even a group that meets once a month to go out to dinner.  Whatever the interest is, there is a Circle that suits you!  Jump in a Circle today and start your Circle of life!

Our Circles Pastor

Marla and Eddie Beyer - Executive Pastor of Growth

Pastor Eddie Beyer - Executive Pastor of Growth

Pastor Eddie has served on staff at DC3 for over 7 years, beginning with Life Groups and then transitioning to the North Port Campus Pastor. Now as the Executive Pastor of Growth, he oversees Discipleship and Circles.

As a highly relational person, Eddie is passionate about people, and seeing people plugged into a relationship with God and relationships with others that will ultimately draw them closer to Christ. He’s always up for a cup of coffee and a discussion about how you can get plugged in at DC3.

Our DC3 Circles Admin

Morgan Hall - DC3 Circles Administration

Morgan has always had a passion in her heart for God's work and she is excited about being able to do that as her job alongside other brothers and sisters in Christ. She is so excited for the opportunity ahead to see lives changed as hers was through Circles and is honored to be apart of this beautiful vision and Community at DC3.

Morgan loves cooking and baking, learning as much about health and wellness as she can, and fishing. Reading and podcasts are a part of her everyday life, as she loves to challenge her mind.

Our DC3 Circles Coaches

What is a circles coach?

Circles coaches are relational in their approach and offer direct support to our Life Group Leaders. Coaches are shepherds who care for the well-being of our circles leaders as much as they do the health of the leader’s group. They are experienced Circles leaders who model Christ-like character while serving those that they lead. Click on a picture below to contact one of our Circles coaches.
